SUBJECT: Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA4877-17-Q-0083
1. Per the Performance Work Statement for Solicitation FA4877-17-Q-0083, Section 1.1.1.1 Flight Time: An estimated one hundred nineteen (119) flight hours will be required and an additional 13 hours of aircraft transitional or repositioning hours will be allotted.
Section 2.0 General Information: The cost of transporting aircraft (not to exceed 11 flight hours) and aircrew to the performance site shall be included in the firm fixed price.
Which figure should I incorporate into our bid: 13 hours or 11 hours?
- Per the updated PWS, the 13 hours is correct.
2. Reference: PWS, section 1.1.1: which states “military surveyed drop zones within a four hundred fifty (450) mile vicinity of DM AFB, AZ.
Are vendors required to cost and provide drop zones or are these Government provided by location requested?
- The drop zones will be provided by the government.
