SUBJECT: FA4861-14-R-B051, Response to Questions #5
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a response to questions for Amendment 4.
The questions are listed (except for minor edits to achieve non-attribution) exactly as submitted.
Responses do not qualify or change the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
Question: L With regard to Amendment 4, I need to clarify whether our company remains in consideration for this opportunity. The Amendment states “Amendment is issued after the established time and date for receipt of proposals. Therefore ONLY offerors that have NOT been eliminated from the competition may submit a revised proposal. Failure to provide a revised price proposal will result in the offeror not being considered for award.”
Answer: All contractors who submitted an initial proposal and, to date, haven’t received a Notice of Elimination from Competition are eligible to submit a revised proposal in accordance with Amendment 4.
Question 2. I assume the proposal should be accepted via email?
Answer: Submit responses in accordance with the terms of the original solicitation and amendments.
Question 3. We are requesting clarification, please:
Line Items X0102 through X0107 have been added for LEV 1 cleaning. Are any changes to the previously submitted pricing allowable, or are we only permitted to add the requested additional pricing as outlined in Amendment 0004, to the previously submitted total(s)?
Answer: Any change to the previously submitted pricing are allowable.
