STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

FOR

LOCKERS FOR 16TH SPECIAL OPERATIONS SQUADRON

CANNON AFB, NM

1. General/Background. The 16th Special Operations Squadron (SOS) has identified a requirement for various types of flight crew lockers. The service will need to be performed within 120 days of the contract award date. The lockers will consist of three (3) different types of locker. The specific locker requirements are outlined below.

1.1. Description of Services. The contractor will supply, manage, execute, and install all aspects of the lockers. The contractor will need to coordinate with the necessary Point of Contact (POC) of the government from the time of awarded contract up to and through final delivery and installation of the lockers. Any requirements that the contractor should need from Cannon AFB, shall be coordinated with the appropriate POC. Any further details can be found in the Synopsis/Solicitation.

· The contractor will be responsible for the installation of the new lockers. The existing lockers will be removed by government personnel except for one contingent of existing helmet lockers which the contractor will be responsible for moving to the adjacent room.

· The lockers that will be running along the walls will need to be anchored into the walls and all lockers will be attached to adjacent lockers.

· The floors in both rooms are concrete, and there will be holes in the concrete that will need to be refilled/epoxied.

1.1.1. Crew Lockers.

· Require 196 crew lockers

· The dimensions are 18”w x 24”d x 76”h. They will be two tier with lower tier measuring 63”h. The upper tier will measure 13” from the top with separate door.

· The color for all lockers will be gray.

· The upper tier will be fully enclosed. Lower tier will have painted wire on sides with front and back fully enclosed.

· Each locker will have a shelf measured 40” from the bottom.

· Each locker requires padlock lugs on all doors (upper and lower) for customer supplied lock.

1.1.2. HMD Lockers.

· Require one 2-tier, 3-frame wide locker with 6 separate compartments

· Overall dimensions are 54.5”w x 34”d x 78”h. Each compartment measures 18”w x 34”d x 36”h

· The color for entire locker is gray.

· Locker and compartments will be fully enclosed.

· Each compartment will have padlock lugs for customer supplied lock.

1.1.3. Distinguished Visitor (DV) Lockers.

· Require 8 locker openings over 4 double tier frames

· Each frame measures 15”w x 15”d x 72”h (two doors per frame at 36”h each)

· The color of the lockers will be gray

· Doors to have louvered construction

· Each door to have a standard recessed cup lock hasp for customer supplied lock

1.2. Security Concerns.

· The building is secured by locking exterior doors.

· The locker room is secured by locking exterior doors.

· The contractors will need to sign into the building and will be escorted by squadron personnel.

1.3. Safety Concerns. The contractor will comply with all applicable safety laws and regulations.
