2.3.1 (b.) AND 2.3.1 (c.) GENERAL CONDITIONS
DESCRIPTION
A mobilization cost will be given in order to get the contractor set up on Tyndall AFB. This shall include, but may not be limited to the fees associated in moving equipment, material, and personnel to this area.
2.3.1 TASK 1
2.3.1 (a.) PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
DESCRIPTION
Line item shall account for all costs associated with any required permitting & professional services necessary to complete the contracted work.
Line item shall account for all costs associated with the 3rd party material testing services required by the contract documents.
All costs associated with removal of remaining wall materials to expose wastewater elements defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with removal of sub-slab soil and materials to expose wastewater system defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with legal disposal of demolition/construction material off site.
All costs associated with equipment rental to accomplish the work. Contractor to provide itemized list of equipment and associated cost.
All costs associated with removal of the wastewater system defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with providing oversite during the performance of on site activities; layout, demolition, construction.
2.3.1 (b.) DEMOLITION
DESCRIPTION
All costs associated with removal of the floor and wall tile in the trenching area of work.
All costs associated with sawcutting and removal of the concrete slab & walls to permit access for repair as defined in the Contract Documents.

2.3.1 (c.) CONSTRUCTION
DESCRIPTION
All costs associated with providing and installing new wastewater system pipe as defined in the Contract Documents. Line item shall include items such as: DWV PVC S40 pipe, connection hardware, joints, reducers , and other components within the repair areas.
All costs associated with providing and installing new clean-outs as defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with providing and installing new Tie-In harware as defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with backfilling, compaction, and restoration of the capillary water barrier as defined in the Contract Documents.
All costs associated with installing new reinforced concrete slab in the repair area as defined in the Contract Documents.
Line item shall inclued any other masonry related items such as patching.
All costs associated with restoring the walls and floors as defined in the Contract Documents. Line item shall include patching, finishing, base and tile as needed for restoration.
All costs associated with final clean up efforts to restore the facility to pre-construction clean conditions.
All costs associated with providing and installing new drains and floor sinks, and traps as defined in the Contract Documents.
