CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS/GOVERNMENT CLARIFICATIONS

SOLICITATION FA4809-16-T-0005

OIL WATER SEPARATORS

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB, NC

The following information represents questions submitted by contractors in regards to the subject solicitation and the responses from Government representatives.

Question 1: Will there be a site visit? If so, when?

Answer 1: Please refer to Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA4809-16-T-0005

Question 2: How will the bids be submitted? 4 CONS Electronically? Emailed to you?

Answer 2: The bids may be emailed electronically to john.parker.24@us.af.mil, faxed to 919-722-5424, or mailed to 1570 Wright Brothers Ave., Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531-2459, with a label clearly stating “Solicitation Response – FA4809-16-T-0005”. *Note – The government will not consider late quotes and will return all late quotes.

Question 3: Was the activities in the SOW completed under a previous contract and what was the previous pricing?

Answer 3: The Statement of Work (SOW) represents the newest acquiring activity. Prior year pricing can be given along with firm name if you contact the email address in Answer 2.

Question 4: Do you anticipate more than 20% sludge/solids to be present?

Answer 4: It is certainly possible, however not likely.

Question 5: Will we be able to return the water removed from a separator to the same separator after gravity treating the liquid on our truck?

Answer 5: Yes, in accordance with, SOW, paragraph 7.3.

Question 6: When was the last time CLIN 0001-0037 were POC or PO?

Answer 6: ANNUAL POC Nov 2015, last PO Feb 2016 with two more scheduled before 1 Oct 2016
