1. What size HD do you want in the Network Storage Enclosure? 1TB, 2TB, etc...
2. Sorry Shea I have one more question. On the Building 70 camera location attachment on Fed Biz do the yellow marks indicate where you want the new cameras going or where the existing ones are?
1. The hard drive would need a minimum of 250GB, 1TB would be better.
2. The yellow marks indicate current camera locations. New cameras do not necessarily have to be at the same location-I was planning on cameras being ceiling mounted in the center of each room.
| 1. | Statement of Work references the Mobotix MX-D12Di-SEC Qty (5) and the Solicitation references two different Models of the D14 (CLIN 0004 & CLIN 0005) Which takes precedence? |
| 2. | CLIN 0017 references training for up to six staff and travel expenses for 4 personnel. Where will the personnel be traveling to/from? And what are the "timelines" that are to be set by Langley AFB Child Development Center as stated on page 3 of the statement of work? |
| 3. | Is there or will you consider an extension on the due date for the proposal? |
1. The CLIN requirements take precedence. The statement of work (SOW) should have indicated MX-D14Di-SEC-180 (3 each) and MX-D14Di-SEC (2 each). It was a typographical error that wasn't caught during review.
2. The travel expenses were based on costs that were charged by a previous contractor that did work on our CCTV system. They traveled from northern Virginia. Travel costs may be less for contractors located closer to Langley AFB. The 30 Sep 2011 was established in June 2011 when the SOW was originally completed. The Form 9 wasn't completed until later, when funding became available.
3. extention will be given until Friday September 23, 2011 4:00pm EST.
How many cameras are needed to fullfill the requirement?
There are 26 total cameras:
21 MX-Q24M-SEC-D11, Camera 3 MX-D14Di-SEC-180, Camera 2 MX0D14Di-SEC, Camera body
In addition, there are modules (lens) that go into the camera bodies:
2 MX-D14-Module-D22, D14 camera day sensor 2 MX-D14-Module-D43, D14 camera day sensor
