FA4690-15-T-0022-Amendment 2: Questions and Answers

1. Currently are there any immediate service needs, if so please explain, example, not making air, oil leaks etc.

- We do not have any current servicing needs.

2. Do you have service history for the units, most recent service performed?

-There are only two units that have recorded maintenance history.

3. Do have any part numbers for the common service parts, air filters, oil filters, etc……

- We do not have a list of common service parts, but we do have servicing manuals for most of the compressors.

4. What lubricant are you using?

- Any lubricants used on the units were manufacturer suggested lubricants listed in the manuals.

5. Are the units accessible, located on a mezzanine?

- All units are located in mechanical rooms which require 1 of 2 different keys to open the doors (we can provide keys to those rooms).

6. Oil samples, if so do you have results?

- No

7. Possibly provide pictures of each?

- We currently do not have the pictures and it will take a week or two to get them all organized which is not enough time before responses are due (3 Sept).
