The 9th Contracting Squadron of Beale Air Force Base California INTENDS TO
MAKE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD to Qubica/AMF for a Bowling Center Pinsetter
System compatible with the Qubica/AMF BES X Ultimate system which interfaces with the Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) Financial System. (Must be USBC Approved).
Upgrades must meet all requirements of the United States Bowling Congress for
Sanctioning, must be compatible with Qubica/AMF BES X Scoring System, AMF 82-90
XL Pinspotters, & Qubica/AMF Conqueror Pro Bowling Center Management
System.Requirement consists of removal/disposal of current Pinsetter system and installation & training of new Pinsetter System. The specifications for the Bowling
Center Pinsetter System includes the following:

Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, the Contracting
Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsible source available. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and data pertinent to their ability to provide the same equipment that meet this requirement no later than Wednesday 26 April 2017 at
1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm’s capability to provide information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in the Contracting
