STATEMENT OF WORK

INSTALL AUDIO VISUAL AT BLDG. 2340

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Contractor shall provide all materials; equipment, labor and supervision necessary to install, connect and test audiovisual equipment being install at 1141 Graeber St. Bldg.

2340 March ARB, Ca. 92518. Location of install: the main conference room, room 106 and room 114, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, contract statement of work, contract specifications, Facility Excellence Plan (FEP), federal, state and local codes, laws and regulations.

1.2 All quantities, dimensions and areas given within the statement of work are an approximation only. Contractor is responsible to verify all quantities, distances, dimensions and areas of equipment installation.

1.3 The construction areas are identified by the following photos:

1.3.1.1.1.1 Main conference room:

North/East side of main conference room South/East side of main conference room

1.3.1.1.1.2 Room 106 (West wall):

1.3.1.1.1.3 Room 114 (West wall);

1.4 All work includes, but is not limited to the following: installation, connection, testing and training user the system.

1.4.1 Our main conference room will have the ability to generate two presentations

(wall mounted screens based on the measurement of projection from the rear of the room) simultaneously or can be used independently. These two screens must be operated from a focal point being two lecterns to run a (inclusive DVD/Blue-ray player) input, (not inclusive computer) input, (inclusive Digital Antenna TV) input and (not inclusive V-Brick) input. This setup needs speakers throughout the main conference and also can be divided to run independently from the lecterns as the main conference room can be divided into two rooms.

This setup will have all but not limited to: the projectors amounts needed for the two wall screens while having all cables, switches, panels, cabinets, control system, receivers, amplifiers, celling mounts, rack system, connectors and hardware will be installed for final output of presentation.

1.4.2 Our two small conference rooms will have one 75 inch display each with a table top control to run a (inclusive DVD/Blue-ray player) input, (not inclusive computer) input, (inclusive Digital Antenna TV) input and (not inclusive V- Brick) input. This setup needs speakers throughout both conference rooms. This setup will having all but not limited to: cables, switches, panels, cabinets, control system, receivers, amplifiers, tilting wall mounts, rack system, connectors and hardware will be installed for final output of presentation.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

2.1 The intention for the audiovisual system is for projected communication for Emergency

Management, 50th, and 56th APS information during emergency operations and day-to-day presentations.

2.2 Main conference room is also coordinated for use by outside agencies.

2.3 Main conference room will have the ability to convert into two rooms projecting separate audio and visual presentations.

3. GENERAL WORKSITE

3.1 Contractor will clean up, dispose of and remove off base any construction debris and materials resulting from this installation.

3.2 Contractor will be responsible for running and securing all cables in a cable tray above the drop ceiling tiles at the install locations.

3.3 Contractor will contact customer for access to work area or if suspending work.

3.4 Contractor will install audiovisual equipment in Bldg. 2340 between 0730 and 1630, Mon – Fri.

3.5 Contractor will provide one class of instruction on how to operate and troubleshoot the entire audiovisual system for up to four of the customers’ employees.

3.6 There is no Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), with this contract.

3.7 All equipment, tools, manuals for training, and personnel to accomplish the install are the responsibility of the contractor.

3.8 Contractor will be responsible for wall mounting all monitors and to the best extent possible concealing all cables.

3.9 Contractor will be responsible for installing ceiling mounted speakers within the drop ceiling tile, which are controllable from the lectern and from a remote device.

3.10 Contractor will be responsible for ensuring all audiovisual equipment is controllable from a remote device and at the lectern.
