STATEMENT OF WORK
PURCHASE YARD RAMP for 452 APSF
JOINT REGIONAL DEPOLOYMENT CENTER, Bld. 390
1. INTRODUCTION
The contactor shall provide all materials, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items to deliver Yard Ramp (Loading Dock) to 2523 Graeber St, Bld. 390 March Air Reserve Base California, 92518 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and Statement of Work (SOW).
2. SCOPE
2.1. The contractor shall deliver Yard Ramp (Loading Dock) by freight.
2.2 The contactor will Provide necessary warranty information and complete instructions.
2.3 The contactor shall provide a demonstration or detailed instructions on the utilization of the Yard Ramp capabilities.
2.4 The contractor shall provide a representative or subcontractor to assemble the
Yard Ramp at our desired location near Bld. 390.
2.4 Prior to unit delivery, the contractor shall submit a Site Access Form to the
Government to determine best access to the facility for delivery. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery and removal of contractor materials, trash, and debris from the delivery.
2.5 Contractor shall provide a minimum of 2 business day notice to the ATOC Duty
Officer (951-655-2864) prior to equipment delivery.
3. GENERAL WORKSITE
3.1 The contractor shall conform to all base regulations and directives pertaining to security, safety, fire, traffic, and personnel clearance, insofar as they pertain to the Contractors activities on March ARB, California. The Contractor shall ensure conformance by all employees and subcontractors.
