Yes, for priority calls identified in Technical Exhibit 6 of the Statement of Work.

Yes, but a quote will need to be submitted prior to commencement of work and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative and the Contracting Officer.
• Are your XTS5000 and APX7000 radios intrinsically-safe?
Although not all radios are intrinsically safe, WAFB does have intrinsically safe radios.
• Can 5.3.1 be explained in more detail please?
If a change of 10% or more of the current fleet occurs, we will renegotiate the contract. I.e. this would be enacted in a situation where a mass outage occurs and the contractor must perform significantly more labor for fixing the equipment.
· On page 21 of the Solicitation, 1.a., explains that CLINS X001 and X002 will be totaled per period. CLIN X003 is not mentioned. Is CLIN X003 not part of the Evaluation and Selection Criteria? Please explain.
An amendment to the solicitation has been made to change this verbiage to CLIN X001 ONLY. CLINS X002 and X003 are not yearly calculations.
