DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE

HEADQUARTERS 92D AIR REFUELING WING (AMC)

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE WASHINGTON

24 April 2018

MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: FA462019QA103- MG19 Pallet Roller System Site Visit Meeting Minutes

1. On 23 April 2019 at 1300 hrs. a pre-proposal conference/site visit was held at the 92nd Contracting Squadron’s Large Conference Room. In attendance was TSgt Mayra Hernandez, Contracting Officer (CO), Mr. Ricky Brown, Program Manager, two members from the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), and one contractor personnel. Names of attendees not listed above are listed on the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet.

2. The meeting began with introductions of all members in attendance. Then TSgt Hernandez provided a brief explanation of the question and answers policy. Mainly the government will not be answering technical questions without a formal amendment. The government may however, clarify aspects of the Salient Characteristics or the solicitation already posted to FBO.gov.

3. TSgt Hernandez then went on to explain that this requirement is set-aside for small businesses and large businesses will not be eligible for award. Additionally, the awardee is also required to be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM).

4. Jake Marrujo from Northcon Inc. was the only contractor in attendance to the pre-proposal/site visit conference. The individual in attendance is currently working on the construction project associated with the Pallet Roller System requirement. As the contractor in attendance is already familiar with the site for installation, he mentioned that there was no need for a tour of the site. This was acknowledged and TSgt Hernandez preceded to ask if the contractor had any questions pertaining the solicitation.

5. The only question Mr. Marrujo stated was whether an electrical pallet system would be acceptable.

TSgt Hernandez responded that the solicitation was for a manual pallet roller system and due to the unknown electrical capabilities for the building, an electrical system would not be acceptable.

6. After the contractor did not pose any other questions in regard to the solicitation, the pre-proposal/site visit conference concluded at approximately 1315 hrs. The question presented at the conference and any other questions received from vendors will be addressed and answered with an amendment to the solicitation.

7. If you have any questions please contact the contract administrator TSgt Mayra Hernandez (509)247- 4870 or via email at mayra.hernandez.1@us.af.mil
