1. Lastly, can you please clarify the following CLIN0002 - Does this mean that we have to do removal of existing environment and do user training or is it simply talking about knowledge transfer? There will not be a need for any removal of existing equipment, only garbage/packaging from the new installation. There will be a knowledge transfer.
We need to ensure our admins are familiar with the new environment. We will require testing of the environment to ensure it is operational and users can connect and use the system as they currently can.
2. We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. Brand new contract and No incumbent.
3. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? Brand new.
