Paint Booth Q&A Q. Is the government removing the old paint booth? (Sorry we see on pricing page we Remove) Will government dispose of old equipment etc. removed?
A. Removal and disposal will be entirely on the contractor.
Q. Is the Building CMU, or pre-engineered steel? what about Roof, is it Flat or Pitched if pitched what is the slope? 3:12, etc. ?
A. Building is pre-engineered steel building but interior walls are cinder block with metal exterior walls. Roof is flat for 14 ft., then slopes at 2 inches every 14 feet after. To the best I could measure. See exterior building pictures attached.
Q. Height from floor to the Roof?
A. 18 ft. 4 inches at highest point. 18 ft. 2 inches at interior wall on front side of paint booth area.
Q. Existing Floor is it concrete?
A. Yes. Floor is concrete.
Q. Will all utilities be brought within 10' of the Booth?
A. Electrical connections are provided on adjacent wall of the booth within 10
ft. A hole may need to be drilled to connect. Civil Engineering confirmed.
