1. Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under solicitation number FA460017Q0002 contain requirements similar to a current contract? If possible, please provide the current contract number. Or, is this a new requirement for the government?

A. There have been changes from the previous contract. The previous contract number is

FA4600-12-P-0001.

2. For this solicitation, are you interested in an inspection and estimated cost individually per building? Are you looking for a blanket fee for all of the buildings combined? We would need Full Access inside and outside of all the hangers with a man lift. Is this attainable?

A. CLINx001 is to cover all the doors at Appendix A. Indivudal pricing per building is not requested. The Government will not provide any equipment for contractor use.

3. I have a question on the above solicitation concerning the line item Parts For Repair We are assuming this is to be a NTE line item for Government funding purposes is that correct?

A. Please refer to Amendment 3 posted on FBO. gov for an update in regards to CLIN 0004 and units used.

4. Reference Page 55 of 81 Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items -The solicitation makes no reference to a page limitation; will one be established?

A. Amendment 3 added an Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1, which includes a 20 page limitation.

5. Unclear as to how Government will verify the offeror's detailed approach in absence of past performance evaluation factors?

A. According to Addendum to 52.212-2, the Government will evaluate each offer by Price and Technical Acceptability. The offeror is required to demonstrate how it will meet the specifications in the PWS as stated in 52.212-2.

6. Is past performance not an evaluation factor on this requirement? Would assume verifiable approach could be established in part by past performance evaluations.

A. Past Performance is not required to be an evaluation factor and is not included as an evaluation factor under 52.212-2. Refer to question 5 above.
