1. Are Electronic bid submissions permissible?

a. Yes

2. Is a Bid Bond Required?

a. No

3. Can the government provide a point estimate?

a. The magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

4. Is there an estimate related to the quantity and type of paving to be replaced where the conduit is lifting?

a. Pavements being replaced are mixed, but the government is expecting 4” ACC is being reinstalled in all but a couple locations. Two locations are in traffic areas and will require appropriate thickness PCC, approximately 16” to replace what’s being removed. Pinning into the associated in those two locations is also expected.

5. Is there an estimate for the amount of conduit that is anticipated to be replaced?

a. For areas that have rising conduit, the distance between lights does not exceed 50 feet.

6. Can you provide the linear footage of concrete encased conduit that will need to be replaced or the distance between lights for bidding proposes?

a. 50 feet between each light
