Sports Officials - Question and Answer
Question 1:
1. Due to the fast-moving games, keeping track of the clock and book can become confusing thereby creating a bad situation for everyone involved to include the players, coaches, referees, and the table. Can the amount of required personnel, as reflected on page 8 in the PWS, be increased in the PWS (performance work statement) for the regular season and championship games?
Answer 1:
1. The official's requirements come from Air Force Fitness and Sports Standards. The number of required personnel as reflected in the PWS is the required number of personnel
Air Force wide. A need does not exist to add more officials to the PWS requirement;
therefore, the PWS required personnel requirement reflected on page 8 will remain the same.
