1. Will the raised Supervisor console be a wooden structure or a metal raised floor?

- Metal raised floor

2. Can a list of base access authorized electricians, disposal companies, painters, and plumbers be provided?

- Any contractor without outstanding warrents or felonies within the last 10 years can be authorized access to the base

3. Will a material storage location be identified or will the contractor be required to get a storage container?

- Required to get a storage container.

4. What is the delivery point for materials?

- ATC tower, building 214

5. Will a dumpster be provided or will the contractor be required to get one? What will need to be done about recyclables?

- Base will provide dumpsters for recyclables, contractor is responsible for trash dumpster

6. Will the services of the base electrician be available for use by the contractor?

- Base electrician will only be available to answer questions

7. Will the base verify all electrical circuits are properly labeled before console replacement?

- No

8. Will the base assist in verifying all communication circuits are properly labeled before console replacement?

- No

9. Will the base want to conduct on-site engineering review meetings prior to the start of installation? If so, what would be the bases proposed frequency of these meetings, i.e., 10%, 30%, 60%, and 90% review meetings?

- Yes, 30%, 60%, 90%
