ATTACHMENT 1 - REVISION - DATED 13 DECEMBER 2017 - Jack Stand Tester Salient Characteristics

• 0-150 Ton Capacity – test axle and tripod jacks in any position

• Capable of testing jacks with heights ranging from 18” – 252” (inches)

• Cross Beam – supports electrical hoist

• Power requirements – 110 VAC, 1 Phase, 50/60 Hertz

• Electrical Hoist to raise and lower adjustable load beam

• Adjustable Load Beam – in increments of 10 inches and painted high-visibility yellow

• Minimum of 108” (incles) between vertical supports

• Electronic Load Cell housed within adjustable load beam

• Electronic Digital Read-Out and Control Box – provides digital read-out of load. Controls the raising and lowering of adjustable load beam.

• Watertight enclosure for electronic digital read-out and control box

• Two (2) Columns with Ladders and Safety Harnesses provide access to adjustable load beam locking pins

• Ability to check the jack ram assembly and the jack structure simultaneously

• Finish – Skyfrol Resistant Paint
