ANSWERS:
1. The AF provides fuel for the Government provided vehicles only. The contractor is responsible for fuel and maintenance of contractor owned equipment.

The recycle containers at each building on base and located at various locations on base are only collection sites. The Government does not provide any manpower to receive recyclables at these locations or at the recycle facility. It is the contractor's responsibility to collect the recyclables at the collection sites for transport to the recycle center and for processing recyclables. Please refer to PWS paragraph 1.2. and inclusive subparagraphs.
5. Per PWS paragraph 1.4.3, the contractor is responsible for minor maintenance of equipment and vehicles such as lubrication, cleaning, etc. The contractor shall notify the COR of any repair requirements for both equipment and building maintenance. The Government is responsible for repair of Government owned equipment and facilities.
