Building 450 Roof Replacement: Questions The existing fascia, scuppers and gravel stop are galvanized steel, the plans call for aluminum at these locations, do you want the new material to be aluminum? NO The plans call to relocate (2) light fixtures below the fascia, these fixtures are already below the fascia; what do you want us to do with these fixtures? Nothing The SOW calls for ¼” / 12” tapered insulation on the entire roof, the existing roof has a ¾” / 12” slope built into the structure; do you want the additional tapered insulation on this roof? The tapered insulation is needed to form the crickets to divert the water flow toward the scuppers. No additional taper.

Is it your intent that all wood blocking anchored to CMU, wood blocking attached to CMU blocking and all fascia boards are to be replaced? If so, do you want pressure treated wood at these locations?
