Rubber Floor Wheel and Tire Shop

STATEMENT OF WORK

Rev 22 June 2020

1. Prepare floor for proper application of rubber floor as shown on the location drawing.

The walls shall be protected from any damage during preparation and installation. The waste becomes the property of the Contractor and shall be disposed of properly off of Joint Base Charleston.

2. Furnish and install approximately 6400SF of rubber flooring which meets the below specifications IAW TO 4T-1-3. The square footage listed is an approximation of the floor space.

Rubber floor Specs:

o Floor must be 1/3in minimum solid sprayed rubber flooring.

o Must be able to adhere to concrete floor and not be pulled up.

o Must be water proof.

o Must be soft enough to not damage the metal on the aircraft wheels but hard enough not to be damaged by the everyday work that will be going on.

3. All products shall be installed according to industry standards and manufacturer recommendations. The Contractor shall be responsible for ordering the proper amounts of products. Any quantities listed in this statement of work are approximations.

4. Installation will be scheduled with TSgt. Thomas Deaton, 843-963-4637, after award of contract. All questions prior to award will be forwarded to the Contracting Office NLT COB 25 June 20, EST.

5. Contractor shall protect all government property in and around the job site. Clean up will be performed on a daily basis and final cleanup immediately after all work is accomplished.
