Questions and Answers for FA3030-11-T-0049 Q1- What is the gross area of building (sq. ft.)?
A1- 519= 108,379sq ft & 523= 75,882sq ft Q2- Is the building multi-function, or critical space/data center operation only?
A2-Both 519 & 523 buildings are multi-functional, however, the electrical audit is only required for the critical area and the equipment only services the critical area.
Q3-Number and size(s) of UPS(s) serving the building (or critical space)?
A3-Please see the attached Maintenance Schedule for the number and size of all equipment including the UPS Q4- What are the quantities of cabinets?
A4-IT load cabinets for 519= 20 & 523= 60
Q5-What is the size of the generator serving the building?
A5-519= 300KW & 523= 750KW
Q6-SCOPE OF WORK: Does the Base have Items 4.b.i., ii. and iii, and will these documents and studies be available to WTA?
A6-See the attached on-line diagram for 4.b.i but ii, and iii are unavailable at this time.
Q7-Do current record drawings for the building exist and will these drawings be available to WTA?
A7-Current records do not exist Q8-Of 108379 square feet, how much is area of Data Center in building 519? In building 523 of the 75882 square feet, how much is data center?
A8-The square footage of the Data Centers (DCs) are 519 DC=1530 & 523 DC=3584 Q9-Do you have under floor cooling? What type of units (Liebert, Data Aire or Stulz or other make) cool the data center, is make and model available, will be critical to find single point of failure?
A9-We have all under floor cooling, the unit types are Liebert all type information is listed in the spreadsheet I attached, the one-line diagrams combined with the spreadsheet show the information required to determine single point of failure.
