Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 0600 – 1700, Friday 0600 – 1600, and Saturday 0900 – 1500. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45-90 minutes. The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 – 0900. Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass.
