CYBER CAPSTONE CONSOLES
SOLICITATION # FA3010-18-Q-0096
KEESLER AFB, 81ST CONTRACTING SQUADRON
QUESTION SUBMITTAL
1. Attachment 1 states “The McClelland Hall Operations Center Trainer is located at: Building 2818, Rooms 202 & 211” with room floorplans of each of these rooms, but the room dimensions provided are for Rooms 211 & 116. Please confirm correct rooms and provide additional floorplan, as needed.

2. Description of integrated situational alert and awareness led system is proprietary to a particular manufacturer and would eliminate proven, competitive solutions. Is this specification flexible if the fundamental function of an alert system is met?
The requirement doesn’t call out a specific “hardware solution” but rather a generic salient characteristic. Proposals will be evaluated against the requirements listed in the PWS.
It is of utmost importance that there isn’t any hotspots or obstructions within the operators view. As rooms will utilize dimmed lighting and room ceilings are 8’. Hotspots, will result in light that is undesired and a distraction in a dimmed room where viewing of the monitor wall is the most important.
3. For clarity, does each console require a slatwall mounted monitor arm for a 27” monitor and another surface mounted arm capable of mounting a 20” monitor and / or various accessories?
One single monitor arm per workstation
4. Please identify model and / or technical dimensions and weight of the 27” monitor.
Monitor hasn’t been determined but will be 27”.
5. Please provide the CPU manufacturer and model and / or technical dimensions.
CPU is considered Small form factor e.g. HP z240 , and laptop is a 15” laptop.
6. How many drop poles for power and fiber distribution are required per row of consoles?
Power requirement is based off workstation, there will be a monitor, KVM, Laptop, and Desktop per workstation. Fiber requirement is based off workstation there will be four fiber connections per workstation. Power and fiber distribution to be determined by console vendor and their cable and power distribution system.
7. The PWS does not include the width of the 10” raised floor platform in each room. Please provide.

8. Transportation and handling
a. Please provide description of 1st floor room access to include,
· Hallway widths from receiving area to room? Typical hallway width 8’
· Are there turning corners? Unsure on what is a turning corner
· Door entry size? Entrance into facility is double door, each room is a standard door frame.
b. Please provide description of 2nd floor room access to include,
· Hallway widths from receiving area to stairwell? Typical hallway width 8’
· Hallway widths from stairwell to room? Typical hallway width 8’
· Are there turning corners on 1st and 2nd floors? Unsure on term
· Are stairs a single direction or do they double back? Unsure on term, however stairs are 12’
· Door entry size? Typical standard door.
