Length: 30’ 4 1/4”

Rm: 116

Width: 28’ 8”

The rooms are situated on the first and second floor. Primary entry/exit point for the building is on the first floor.

Scope of Work to include the following:

(same manufacturer exception - seating and other freestanding furnishings). The drawing typical attached represents customer’s concept of design intent and style, along with orientation of the furniture in the operations rooms. Manufacturer variances of 10% apply to all dimensions provided on workstation specifications.

Consoles shall be designed in accordance with the ergonomic standards.

Heavy duty 12” slat rail in height with an integrated situational alert and awareness led system capable of programming to the RGB spectrum and hard coding (1 color to 1 button) to five independent buttons with a desired color choice.

o Lighting shall be equally disbursed across the entire slat rail with no intense “hot spots” (lighting that is brighter in one location on the slat rail than the rest) o Device for lighting shall not obstruct the view of the operators using that workstation or the workstation behind them o Hard coded buttons shall change all workstation lighting within a console to the color that the button is hard coded to and each workstation shall have their own 5 button console.

The console shall have an integrated design allowing various re-configuration options for changes. The structure shall be independent of the console work surface thus allowing for several work surface options without having the need to change the frame structure.

Articulating slat wall mounted monitor arms allowing all monitors to be mounted above the work surface capable of support a 27” monitor and easily adjustable and reconfigurable for operator comfort and ergonomics.

Articulating slat wall mounted adjustable and dimmable LED task lighting for all positions.

Tool bar mounted to panel to include: Utility cup for pens, pencils, paperclips other small office supply items; and utility paper management units, such as diagonal paper trays for letter size paper.

All workstations shall be able to accommodate one computer monitor, one keyboard, one mouse, and a phone system, and contain space on the work surface for one laptop and under the work surface for support of one CPU.

All workstations shall be able to support and enable a monitor arm attached to the work surface structure. The monitor arm shall support a monitor weighing 5 – 20 lbs. Monitor arms shall include wire management and shall have the capability to allow for mounting

20” panel monitor displays and various filing accessories, to be configurable by the user.

This may be achieved by a “fixed” array configuration or multiple wall-mounted swing-arms at each location. Monitor arms shall provide height adjustment, tilt adjustment, angle, and pivot. Rail and work surface installations that require cutting into work surface are not acceptable. Cable and wire management shall be included within the arm.

Connection of panel monitor without any use of special tools or any additional parts.

The base of the console shall have an integrated cable management trays running throughout the entire console.

Console shall have flexible cable management solution that extends from the work surface to the base cavity of the console.

A power modular power distribution system is to be provided and integrated within the console or subfloor.

The console frame shall be constructed and formed in such a way as to provide maximum buckling and torsional resistance.

Soft ergonomic field replaceable work surface edging. The surfacing edging shall be readily replaceable if damaged in use without having to remove or replace the entire work surface.

Workstation work surface shall be one solid piece surface and with a width of 48” per console and height of 29” from floor to top of work surface. Work surface depth shall be at a minimum 29” in length and under work surface a usable depth of at a minimum 22” for leg comfort.
