ADDENDUM #1

The following are changes to the construction documents for the following project:

MAHG17-1008 REPLACE WATER HEATERS BLDG. 2001

KEESLER AFB, MISSISSIPPI

Any information found within these documents shall take precedent over the information contained within the original construction documents. It is the responsibility of the contractor to review the documents and to include any revised or additional information in their bid.

A. Changes to Statement of Work:

Section 1.1 SCOPE:

Add

1. Provide two (2) new 120V/1PH circuits from the breaker panel in the electrical room to the two new disconnect switches reusing the existing conduit. Replace existing breakers with new breakers rated for the supplied water heaters.

2. Replace existing disconnect switches that feed the existing water heaters with new disconnect switches. Provide new conductors from the new disconnect switches to the new water heaters.

Make all terminations, etc. to provide power to the new water heaters. All new conductors are to be rated for the supplied water heaters.

Section 1.3 COMPLETION TIME:

1. The completion date for this project is 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Section 1.15 INTERRUPTION OF UTILITY SERVICE

Add

1. Interruptions to utility services shall be minimized. Necessary outages shall be coordinated with the PAE Applied Technologies LLC Contracting Officer a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of the planned outage. Utility outages will only be permitted on down Fridays and weekends.

B. Changes to Drawings:

1. Add to Note 2, Sheet M2.0 (Sheet 3 of 4), the following: Shutdown shall take place on down

Fridays and weekends only.

2. Append Note 11, Sheet M2.1 (Sheet 4 of 4) as follows:
