Questions and Answers

Q1: Are the past performance questionnaires due on the 2 May?

A1: That is correct. All past performance questionnaires are due 2 May.

Q2: Is there are firm finish date for the completion of the project?

A2: The contractor is required to estimate the expected delivery date/completion date and fill this information out on the solicitation in the blank left for the delivery date (pg. 3 of solicitation).

Q3: Is it acceptable to transport the items to our facility to make the repairs before delivering to Keesler AFB?

A3: All repairs that are needed must be made in accordance with the statement of work.

Paragraph 1.0 states, “The stand assemblies shall be disassembled, relocated, reassembled, inspected, and when necessary, repaired or replaced to meet the standards as identified below.”

If repairs are necessary before delivering to Keesler AFB the contractor will make the needed accommodations to deliver a complete final product.

Q4: Is there any security clearance needed to get on site and complete work at either location?

A4: The clause for base access (5352.242-9000) states information needed to gain access to the installations. Any additional information needed to gain access to specific areas will be provided to the successful offer after award.
