1) Regarding the Portable HME Lab Kit, “3 each heavy-duty storage/transport cases capable of storing all kit contents.” Does that include the hydrochloric acid 55-gallon chemical drum to be stored in a heavy duty transport case or can that be excluded from kit items?

Answer: The 55 gallon drum should be excluded from the kit items when it comes to “storage/transport cases.”

2) The PWS has a new requirement concerning installation of all set designs. Can installation labor can be billed under the shipping/installation CLIN or should it be included in the product price? Labor time will vary depending on the ship to location.

“Note: All set designs (1.104 – 1.115 require installation/assembly at final destination by contractor).”

Answer: Installation labor will also be covered under the shipping CLINs, do not include as part of any product price.
