Technical evaluation ratings for the criteria listed under the applicable paragraphs of the PWS shall be entered below and a complete justification provided for each rating of unacceptable.

a. Annual Maintenance Requirements

The offeror demonstrates a sound plan for accomplishing work requirements identified in the PWS for the annual inspection with the correct materials and in the appropriate quantities for all of the compressors requiring annual maintenance. All necessary quantities of requisite materials such as air filters, oil and oil filters, coolent, and fan belts are itemized with quantities and material specifications that are consistent with the manufacturer’s specifications IAW SS 1 of the PWS.

b. Government Inspection Criteria

The offeror identifies proposed items as OEM or equivalent material

(e.g. I/R XXX Oil) IAW paragraph 1.7.6.1 of the PWS.

c. Annual Reporting Requirements

The offeror demonstrates knowledge of procedures for oil and water analysis and paragraphs 1.3.2 and 1.5 of the PWS.

d. Mandatory Certification and Training

The offeror provides current personnel certifications for Ingersoll

Rand and/or Kaeser Compressor models IAW with paragraph 1.9.1.

of the PWS.

e. Operation and Maintenance Manuals

The offerors demonstrates possession of manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for each piece of equipment in IAW paragraph 1.8 of the PWS.

f. Acquisition, Transportation and Delivery

The offeror demonstrates ability to respond within 24 hours for Over and Above Maintenance and Repair IAW paragraph 1.7.2. of the

PWS.

g. Service Call Contact

The offeror provides contact information for a technical representative IAW applicable directives in paragraph 1.7.2. of the

PWS.

h. Safeing/Demilitarization and Hazardous Materials Inspection, Removal and Reporting

The offeror demonstrates knowledge of hazardous material rules and regulations IAW SS 3 of the PWS.
