PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
FOR
New furniture in JBTEC Colorado Springs, CO 80910
14 November 2018
1. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver, install the new furniture and remove all debris.
1.1 General Requirements: Provide all materials, equipment, and labor.
1.2 (2) CLIN0001BA 6’x6’ – Singles with Adds/Modifications: 5S(1), 10S (1) & 19S(2)
1.3 (4) CLIN0001BB 6’x6’ – Double with Adds/Modifications: 5S(2), 10S(2), & 19S(4
1.4 (3) CLIN0001BC 6’x6’ – Quad with Adds/Modifications: 5S(1), 10S(2), & 19S(3)
1.5 (5) CLIN0001BD 6’x8’ – Single with Adds/Modifications: 9S(4) & 19S(5)
1.6 (7) Desk chairs
2. General Information
2.1. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall comply with JBTEC security requirements. JBTEC is a controlled (restricted) area and special security procedures are utilized to deter espionage, sabotage, and theft of DoD resources. The Contractor will have escorted access to the controlled area.
2.2. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: No special vehicle passes are required.
2.5. CLASSIFIED INFORMATION: Access to classified information by Contractor personnel during performance of this contract is prohibited.
2.6. SECURITY INSPECTION: Daily entry procedures: JBTEC security personnel will verify the identity and entry authorization of each Contractor employee, and may conduct a search of any baggage or articles brought into the facility.
2.7. SECURITY COSTS: All costs incurred by the Contractor associated with security requirements, including routine entry/exit delays, and operational delays due to contingencies or exercises, are to be anticipated by the Contractor and shall be included in the price of the contract.
