Description: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252120B0004 being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice.
This solicitation is being offered to Small Business (SB) firms; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on Sealed Bid – FAR Part 14. In accordance with FAR Part 14.408(a)(3); award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation.
Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website at www.fbo.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website.

Title: Repair Cracks, Joints, Slabs, Airfield Pavement, Patrick AFB, Florida Project Number: SXHT 15-1035 Place of performance: Patrick Air Force Base, Florida 32925 Brief description of work: The work to be performed for this project consist of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain and repair various concrete and asphalt pavement. Concrete pavement repair types includes localized shallow depth patches for joint, corners, and crack spalls; localized full-depth patches for corner breaks; localized concrete crack routing and sealing; full depth slab replacement; and the global routing and sealing of existing concrete joints. Asphalt pavement repair types include localized routing and sealing of asphalt cracks; localized patching and edge repair; full depth replacement of select sections; and the global surface treatment or surface rehabilitation. Airfield marking replacement is also included in each component of pavement repair, as necessary.

The IFB will be available on or about February 17, 2020.
This project has a prebid site visit scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 10:30 am
EST.
Submit the Installation Access List (Atch2 IAL Request) with the names of all attendees to manuel.zendejas.1@us.af.mil and anthony.eubanks@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 for base access.
Questions & Answer will be due back to this office not later than 3:00 pm EST on Friday, March 06, 2020.
All bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
The performance period for this project will be 180 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award.
This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Asides (SBSA) and solicited via Invitation for Bid.
The Invitation for Bid will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov.
Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: http://www.sam.gov).
Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.
Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.
All responsible sources may submit bids which will be considered by the 45th Space Wing.
