SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
February 26, 2020 at 10:30 AM EST
The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, in accordance with clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site
Conditions and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work.
It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e. Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.)
Names that were provided for access to the Pre-Bid site have been placed on an Entry Access List
(EAL) which will be at the East Gate. Please inform the Security Police Officer that you are on the EAL for FA252120B0004 Site Visit and have your current driver’s license ready for them to verify your identification for access. If you have any problems with gaining entry to the base, please call 321-494-9971.
Everyone will be required to sign in; therefore, please meet the East Gate Pass & ID at least 15 minutes prior to the site visit. Please ensure that you have the following documents if you plan on driving on base—current driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle registration. You can park your vehicle in the adjacent parking lot. Please note that you will not be able to proceed directly to the site. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
Entry Authority List Request must be returned to Manuel Zendejas and SSgt Eubanks emails:

1:00pm EST.
The Program Manager, Brad Kroetch, will be available for questions; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all bidders to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions asked at this site shall also be submitted in writing Question and Answer
(Q & A) Template provided under FA252120B0004 (IFB will be available on FBO.gov on or about March 13, 2020). All questions must be submitted to the contracting officer not later than
3:00 am EST on March 06, 2020. Please e-mail completed (Q & A) document to manuel.zendejas.1@us.af.mil and anthony.eubanks@us.af.mil.
Questions will be posted on beta.sam.gov, March 13, 2020, no later than 5:00 pm EST, to support the March 25, 2020 bid closing date and time (09:00 am EST).
