STATEMENT OF WORK

HQ SpOC DCG-O/S3/6W Server Racks Peterson Space Force Base, CO

HQ SpOC S3/6W SERVER RACKS 5 August 2022

1. SCOPE

1.1. Introduction. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirements for a purchase of seismic compliant communication server racks and supporting equipment. The vertical cabinet server racks (quantity of 28) must be 38U x 24”w x 34.5”d (38U total rack space) in size and seismic compliant. Racks will be configured in 2 separate rows of 14 racks per row. Will require 4 solid side panels in total (2 side/end panels per row) and top panels for all 28 racks. Support items must include 2 vertical mount ePDU’s and 1 isolated ground/buss bar in each rack. ePDU’s must have an L5-30P input on a minimum 10 foot cord with 24 outputs at 5-50R outlets. Order must include all hardware required to attach the ePDUs (56 total), isolated ground/buss bars (28 total), 4 solid side panels and 28 top panels.

1.2. Background. The Space Operations Command (SpOC) Space Electronic Warfare Mission Area Team (SEW MAT) has a requirement to purchase 28 communication/operations server racks that are seismic compliant. HQ SpOC is activating a new unit and facility that requires server racks to facilitate operational communication requirements throughout facility.

2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

2.1. N/A

3. REQUIREMENTS

The work required by this contract shall be performed in accordance with this SOW.

3.1. The contractor shall deliver 28 seismic compliant communication server racks (min 38U) to the address listed in paragraph 3.2.1.

3.2. Required tasks.

3.2.1. Characteristics. At a minimum, each server rack (28 total) will have 38U total rack space and approximately 38U x 24”w x 34.5”d dimensions. Require 4 solid side panels for the use at the end of each row (2 rows of 14 racks) and 28 top panels (1 per rack). Each rack will include 2 vertical mount ePDU’s (power strips) (56 total) and 1 isolated ground/buss bar (28 total).

3.2.2. Delivery. All 28 server racks purchased and delivered in one shipment to B.L. Harbert International LLC, attention Dan Glore, 421 Industrial Ln Birmingham, AL 35211. 3.2.3. Period of Performance. Contract shall be awarded and delivered prior to 1 Nov 2022.

3.2.4. Customer Service Hours. The contractor shall provide customer service during normal duty hours, 0700-1600 hours, Monday through Friday; except for federal holidays.

Recognized US Federal Holidays are as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, it is observed on Friday. If the holiday falls on Sunday, it is observed on Monday.
