AMENDMENT 001 (5 JULY 2022): ATTACHMENT 2 – FLOOR PLAN HAS BEEN ADDED. THIS DOCUMENT
INCORPORATES AN AMENDMENT TO ADD ATTACHMENT 2. RFQ RESPONSE DATE
EXTENDED TO 11 JULY. NO OTHER CHANGES WERE MADE.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
1. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 – Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 Employees.
2. This solicitation is being issued as a requirement for CCTV system upgrade equipment and installation services. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), intends to make a Firm Fixed Price award for this requirement.
3. This procurement is a small business set-aside.
4. Please provide a quote that lists part number, description, unit price, and the extended price for the item. Pricing should include delivery and shipping costs. Please also total line item and provide a bottom-line. Product specifications are provided in the Performance Works Statement (PWS), which is Attachment 1 - PWS.
5. A single award will be issued as a result of the evaluation of the quotes received. The Government will make award based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Received quotes will be ranked in order of lowest to highest price. The lowest Two offers will be submitted for technical evaluation with award being made to the lowest price technically acceptable solution. In order to be technically acceptable, the quoted upgrade must meet all of the requirements identified in Attachment 1.

b. Unacceptable is defined as the quote not meeting all of the requirements in Attachment 1- PWS
6. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items (Nov 2021), applies to this acquisition and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 is as follows:
a. Please provide a Firm Fixed-Price Quote including RFQ number, name, address, point-of-contact information, CAGE code, DUNS number and small business category.
b. Please provide a 30-calendar day acceptance period for your quote.
c. Terms and content of your quote: Quotes must be based on the terms of this RFQ. The Government may reject any quote that is not based on these terms. Quotes must contain information relevant to all of the information contain within this solicitation and its attachments.
d. Responsibility Determination: Information obtained from sources, included but not limited to the System for Award Management (SAM) and Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) may be used as part of the responsibility determination made
IAW FAR 9.104-1.
7. Only a warranted Contracting Officer (CO) can obligate Government funds through a fully executed contract action. It is strongly suggested that no Offeror/Contractor incur any costs associated with the RFQ until a fully executed contract is signed by the CO and distributed to the awardee.
Submit any questions regarding this RFQ to cayce.moses@spaceforce.mil no later than (NLT) July 8, 2022 at 10 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). A site visit is not expected to be accomplished for this requirement.
Quote Submissions: Quotes are due NLT July 11, 2022 at 10 a.m. MDT. All quotes must be submitted to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist. Please see email addresses below.
