What exactly do you mean by “require customizable sign-in tools that provide customers with a quick and easy way to sign in, allows individuals to manage the day-to-day interaction with customers, and gives managers the ability to pull management reports to capture key statistical data.?”

1. Kiosk must allow customers to check in to their scheduled appointments upon arrival without having to approach front counter

1. Allow Military personnel, finance and base education personnel to identify services that customers are being seen for prior to them being called back for assistance, similar to that of the DMV.

1. Flight leadership need to be able to determine the number of customers seen in a specified timeframe, number of no shows, members who have inprocessed with MPF and Finance

Are you talking about a custom application that needs to be written, or this is an application that you already have that will run on the kiosk. If it is an existing application, size processor is needed to run it?

1. The application will be written into the kiosk according to the section that it is going into prior to it being received. The size of the processor isn’t specified.

The statement about communications is confusing as well – “The equipment must be a stand-alone system that does not require a comm connection, and is able to utilize existing Internet”. Does this mean a standard ethernet connection and your site has the required cabling that we can connect too?

1. Per the specifications, the kiosk can run on Ethernet connection and 802.11 wireless connectivity. The kiosk will run on wifi at 21 CPTS, 21 FSS MPF and the education center.

From the description of the hardware in Attachment 1, it seems you want a kiosk with either a main display and a 42”secondary monitor. Is this secondary 42”monitor to be driven from the same PC that does the main display or its own separate PC?

1. The separate monitor will be synced in with the Kiosk as a display for customers to see where they stand in the queue.

Regarding the 42”status board monitor, is this an interactive monitor? Where does the data reside that this monitor is required to display?

1. The monitor will be a standard monitor mounted on the wall for customers to see where they stand in the queue. Information will be derived from the kiosk.

What size is the main display?

1. 19” (or similar) LCD Screen Is it touchscreen enabled?

1. 19” (or similar) Touchscreen enabled LCD Screen 1.

Is Windows 10 OS acceptable?

1. Runs on Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)

Do you need print requirement in the kiosk, if so, laser or thermal and what size printout?

1. Printer not required

Will the kiosk need a keyboard?

1. Yes, rugged-type keyboard w/trackball (includes metal housing)
