Customer Service Kiosks Performance Work Statement (PWS) 11 July 2018

Overview

The Military Personnel Flight (MPF) Customer Support Section and Career Development Section (21 FSS/FSMP), the Education Services Customer Service Section/ Center (21 FSS/FSDE) and Financial Operations Flight (21 CPTS) require customizable sign-in tools that provide customers with a quick and easy way to sign in, allows individuals to manage the day-to-day interaction with customers, and gives managers the ability to pull management reports to capture key statistical data. The equipment must be a stand-alone system that does not require a comm connection, and is able to utilize existing internet. The kiosks will be placed in the lobby area of each of the aforementioned sections.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials required to furnish and install one (1) kiosk for each of the three (3) aforementioned locations. The contractor, upon installation, shall customize the user interface in coordination with the appropriate Government official. After installation, training shall be scheduled and provided to 21 CPTS, 21 FSS and Education Services individuals, detailing how to operate and troubleshoot the kiosk. The contractor shall comply with commercial standards and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

1.1. Timeline.

The Contractor shall coordinate with 2Lt Charles Warren for installation and training at charles.warren.5@us.af.mil or 719-556-4966. If necessary, the Military Personnel Flight kiosk is to be delivered and serviced first.

2. REQUIREMENTS.

2.1. Kiosk Requirements

2.1.1. Ability to present, secure, and manage web-enabled content and applications on all workstations

2.1.2. Separate monitor (****************NEED MINIMUM DIMENSIONS---) (42 in) on which kiosk information such as queue list can be displayed

2.1.3. Ability to restrict user access to certain pages and portals

2.1.4. Ability to collect data from kiosk

2.2. Safety Requirements.

All equipment installations will meet applicable national electric and safety standards, the Electronic Systems Center (ESC) Siting Criteria and AFI 31-101, Chapter 12.

2.2. Security Requirements.

2.2.1. All potential members of the contractor team will meet the criteria for unescorted entry into PAFB. These requirements are outlined in AFI 31-101.

2.2.2. The Contractor shall comply with all Peterson AFB security requirements imposed by the Installation Commander at all times while on the premises. Contractor shall obtain all necessary passes, decals, badges or other items required for access to Peterson AFB.

2.4. Access to Government Facilities Requirements.

Contractors will have access to buildings from 0730 to 1630 Monday through Friday. Any afterhours work will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer.

3. WARRANTY.

A five-year comprehensive warranty plan is required for each kiosks.
