Solicitation FA2517-17-Q-6023
Question #1:
Question: Performance Work Statement - Item 1.6.7.2. - 1.6.7.3. Four paragraphs dedicated to key control infers level of attention to this item that may be unnecessary. I would not expect any access cards or keys to be issued at all.
Answer: Paragraphs 1.6.7.2 -1.6.7.3 will remain in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The security procedures are unique to each location and this may be required.
Question #2:
Question: Are the dates for each class considered firm unless act of GOD/Military Necessity? or can the dates be negotiated with mutual agreement after award?
Answer: The dates are considered firm dates.
Question # 3:
Question: Will the Government accept instructor resumes (no more than two pages each) that do not count against the four-page limit of the Technical Section? If so, will the Government consider the instructor’s qualifications/experience as part of the evaluation criteria?
Answer: Submission of instructor resumes are not required to be submitted. As such, any resumes submitted will not be evaluated.
Question # 4:
Question: Did the Government intend to list Peterson AFB twice? If yes, is the target audience different for each visit?
Answer: The Government did intend to list Peterson AFB twice. Due to the large military population at Peterson AFB, the Government wishes to conduct two sessions
Question # 5:
Question: Will the Government permit the font size in charts, headers and footers to be less than 12 point?
Answer: The Government will not permit the font size to be less than 12 point font
