Purchase Description 06 August 2019
1. Secure Key Kiosk system that can handle at least 550 individual keys.
2. Wall mountable either cabinet or drawer taking up no more than 165"x34" of wall space
3. Secured cabinet with electric lock that only opens if user has access to the Keys requested. Mechanical key override for emergencies.
4. Alarmed cabinet for unauthorized use.
5. Built-in 2 line by 16 character display with back light for night use and 12 button Alpha-Numeric Keypad.
6. Key locations are identified by Built-in Display and illuminating key location.
7. Each Key is electronically locked in its location, and can only be released if the User has access to that Key or Keys.
8. Power: 100-240V AC, 1.5A per supply (up to 3 supplies)
9. Monitored battery backup for 48 hours and Lithium backup battery holds memory after a long term power loss.
10. Two RS-232 serial ports for printing or Biometric Fingerprint Reader and communicating with computer.
11. Communications and electrical connections external or internal.
12. User serviceable.
13. Random Return Feature allows Users to return keys to any open location within the cabinet, therefore protecting sensitive Keys from pattern location placement.
14. All key movements are tracked by Time, Date and User Code.
15. Key removal by number or name.
16. Programmable to release Keys within specified day(s) of week to Users only within certain time zones.
17. Provides an alarm for Overdue Keys, Illegal Removals, Door Left Open, Illegal Entry, and Invalid Keys.
18. Capability to handle up to 2000 User Codes & multiple access levels.
19. Key Reservations allow keys to be reserved for a specific user.
20. Authorized Users can enable an Emergency Release function for keys.
21. Multiple-Key access. Allows the number of keys a user can have out at any given time to be set from 0-15 (0 being unlimited).
22. Able to store 250 groups. Each group can be programmed with up to 100 keys and can be setup to release either the next available key or all the keys in the group.
23. Performs all software functions through modem, LAN, or RS-232.
24. Stores 4000 transactions. Archive warning alarm available to insure transactions are collected.
25. Capable of producing reports that include "Key Name", "User Name", "Time & Date" of transaction with no computer needed.
26. Reports can be printed locally or remotely.
27. Audit trail reports by Key, User, Events, Alarms, and by Date.
28. One-Time User Codes. Allows a temporary user code to be programmed.
29. Instant Key Release. Allows keys to be automatically released and returned
30. User Disable. Allows a user to be temporarily suspended from using the system.
31. Auto Activation / Deactivation. Allows users to be setup with a start and end date for access to the system.
32. Notes feature allows a note to be assigned to the transaction when removing or returning a key.
33. Include installation, training and one full year of hardware and software support on the entire solution.
