Prepared for: USACE, Mobile District Date of Survey: August 16, 2016 through September 23, 2016 Survey Location: Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee

1. Introduction:

Pursuant to its contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Maptech, Inc. has executed a topographic and ASCE-certified subsurface utility engineering (SUE) survey at the above captioned location. This site is located at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The topographic survey was performed by Maptech, Inc., the SUE portion of the project was performed by Joyner Kenney, PLLC The scope of this assignment was to provide engineering surveying and mapping services for the purpose of obtaining topographic data in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 digital data format at a scale of 1"=30' for the Duct Bank and Slab Installation Project at Arnold AFB, TN comprised of an area totaling approximately 2.4 acres.

An "ASCE-certified Quality Level B" subsurface utility survey was performed on the entire mapping area. "ASCE-certified Quality Level A" subsurface utility survey of 25 test hole locations within the mapping area was performed using minimally intrusive vacuum excavation.

2. Instrumentation and Surveying Methods:

All methodology used during the course of the survey was in strict accordance with generally accepted survey standards for Central Tennessee, Maptech, Inc.

corporate protocols, and the "Standards of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Tennessee". The survey was tied into the Tennessee State Plane Coordinate System (No. 4100) as based on the North American Datum of 1983/2010 adjustment. All coordinate pairs (Northings and Eastings) as indicated on the Survey Maps are derived from this system. All bearings and distances are referenced to grid. Also, traverses were employed to create mathematically closed figures.

3. Instruments employed:

To perform the above functions, Trimble R8 GPS receivers and accessories, incorporated with cell modems, where used. This, combined with Leica 1203 Total Stations and Leica DNA03 Digital Levels were employed to achieve the highest possible degree of accuracy for the surveys.

4. Field notes, etc.

Copies of field notes and other data associated with the surveys are attached hereto and made a part hereof. This information is being presented as work-related products, and as such, are not intended to supersede the certified survey maps and reports for the sites.

5. Control Point Locations/Survey Monuments, etc.

Horizontal and vertical positioning was established on this project via static GPS observations from found Corps of Engineers monuments T10-1D, T10-1E and T10-1F. Monuments T10-1D-1, T10-1E-1 and T10-1F-1 we set on this project.

Elevations we established via conventional leveling techniques.

6. This report is neither valid nor complete without the accompanying files:

AutoCAD file M-16-010.dwg.

Two (2) sets of signed and sealed CADD produced paper prints of plats depicting the results of the topographic mapping and SUE work.

PDF copies of the test hole forms provided by the SUE Contractor Joyner Keeny, PLLC .

7. The information depicted on the topographic maps represents the results of the survey on the date completed, September 23, 2016 and can only be considered as indicating the conditions existing at that time.
