Engineering Implementation Plan One (1) Transient Tail Maintenance Stand Set for B-1 Bomber Maintenance

Milestone 1 – Prefabrication review (PFR) Estimated Completion Date: 30 days after contract award Responsible Parties: Contractor, Project POC Contractor shall deliver PFR based on SOW requirements to 76 AMXG/MXDEB office for review and discussion Milestone 2 – Parts delivered Estimated Completion Date: 120 days after contract award Responsible Parties: Contractor Contractor shall deliver stand parts for assembly.

Milestone 3 – Equipment Assembly, Fit, and Function Check Estimated Completion Date: 150 days after contract award Responsible Parties: Contractor, Project POC Contractor shall deliver and install equipment in order to ensure proper equipment fit and functionality. Installation steps are as follows: The upgrade will be completed on-site. Contractor will ensure all space, foundation, utility requirements are met. Contractor will perform functional check to ensure test stand operational prior to “Milestone 4.” Contractor shall schedule and perform fit and function check with project POC (Engineer), to ensure proper equipment fit and functionality per SOW requirement. Contractor and Project POC will walk-through and put together a list of punch-list items for corrective actions.

Milestone 4 – Punch-list Estimated Completion Date: 170 days after contract award Responsible Parties: Contractor, Project POC Contractor shall ensure all punch-list items are addressed. A final walk-through shall be conducted with contractor and Project POC.

Milestone 5 – FOC Documents Estimated Completion Date: 230 days after contract award Responsible Parties: Contractor, Project POC FOC (Full Operational Capability) documents will be submitted to properly account for equipment on the CACRL account.
