The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth in item 14. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers X is extended is not extended.

14. Description of Amendment/Modification (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

Amend Soliciation EA-133M-16-RQ-0632 as follows:

A. A questions and answers document is posted below.

B. The deadline for submission of quotes is extended through 4:00 PM EST on July 30, 2016.

1. For the kilowatt/hour meter, do you have any preference as to Analog style or digital type?

A digital meter is preferred.

2. For the power consumption meter do you require communication capability through an Ethernet connection?

Yes, communication capability through Ethernet is required.

3. In your Bill of Material, you list a Crompton #077-12PA-P2C6 Phase Sequence Meter. This is a panel mount meter that does not show up in the pictures. Is this a new device for the revised distribution box?

Yes, this is a new device for the revised distribution box.

4. Upon review of the pictures you sent with the solicitation, we can see the Red push button and White pilot light as listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM). However, we also noted what looks like a Green pilot light. Is this part of the package?

Yes, it is required. This is the Power Available light. Two are required.

5. The specs call for two (2) 90 degree potted receptacles. Can you accept the receptacles wired with single conductors and not potted?

Not potting the receptacles is acceptable as long as an electrical coating is applied to prevent corrosion due to the salt water environment.

6. Specs mention GE lights and Pushbuttons. Will any brand name panel be acceptable?

Any manufacturer of electrical parts is acceptable as long as they are made for a marine environment.

7. Can you provide more information regarding the Vicknair cover?

The vicknair cover is a clear plastic waterproof cover that goes over the shore power totalizer meters and associated indicator lights. Any waterproof plastic cover that is heavy duty and will not deteriorate or discolor due to UV (sun) exposure is acceptable.

8. The Crompton items listed on the material list are they 480 VAC and 60 hertz?

Yes, they are 480 VAC and 60 Hz.

9. Is there a wiring diagram for this design or the existing Shore Power box?

We do not have an electrical drawing of the interior of the shore power box.
