Solicitation No. DTRT5715Q80075 Questions and Answers
Question:
What equipment and quantities do you want to PM’d and tested?
Answer: The equipment list is noted on the SOW. There is one additional piece of equipment discovered in Building 3 during the walk-thru. Switchgear 402A is the 13.8kV to 120/208V transformer located in the Building 3 high-voltage electric vault. This equipment will be added to the SOW and is to be serviced in accordance with the SOW.
Can I please request the Volpe 1-line diagrams and the previous test reports that are indicated in the specs?
Answer: The Volpe 1-line diagram referenced in the SOW is attached.
Shall we carry the cost of the Utility (Eversource) outage fee’s and required inspection?
Answer: Contractor shall carry the cost of all utility (Eversource) fees for outage and inspection.
Question:
Shall we arrange the utility personnel for “Stand-by” (utility personnel to remain at site for the duration) service during the outage?
Answer: Contractor shall arrange for the utility (Eversource) to “stand-by” for the duration of the outage.
Question:
Shall we carry the cost to inspect, test, and PM the 402A Switchgear line-up (402A is not listed in the statement of work)?
Answer: Contractor shall carry the cost for service of Switchgear 402A in accordance with the SOW.
