F.6 SCHEDULE OF DELIVERABLES

Following is a schedule of all deliverables, including administrative deliverables, required during the period of performance of this contract:

Task Description – Phase I

Due Date to COTR

Draft Project Implementation Plan
Draft – Submitted with Technical Proposal

any update/change approved by COTR

Final Project Implementation Plan
Final – 30 days after contract award

Updates/Changes after Final – 2 business days after any update/change approved by COTR

Progress Report
Due on the fifteenth day of the first month following contract award and on the fifteenth day of each month thereafter. If the fifteenth day falls on a federal holiday or weekend, the report shall be due on the next business day.
Concept of Operations Paper
Draft – due in accordance with Project Implementation Plan

Final – 10 business days after receiving COTR comments

Performance Requirements Document
Draft – due in accordance with project implementation plan

Final – due 10 business days after receiving COTR comments

Test Site Preparation
due in accordance with project implementation plan; should be completed 6 months from contract award
Procurement of Equipment
due in accordance with project implementation plan; should occur within 4 months of contract award
Installation of Equipment
due in accordance with project implementation plan; should occur within one month of equipment delivery
Field Operations Test Plan
Draft due in accordance with project implementation plan

Final – due 10 business days after receiving COTR comments on draft (note: testing period must be at least 6 months)

Field Operations Testing
Not-to-Exceed six months in duration
Evaluation Plan
Same as for Field Operations Test Plan
Final Report (One electronic copy via email and five hard copies)
Draft – due no later than 17th month

Final – due 10 business days after receiving COTR comments
