STATEMENT OF WORK

Multi-Faceted Lead Generating Searches

BACKGROUND:

The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), at Kings Point, New York operates a world-class university campus that trains approximately 1000 students a year and graduates some 200 students a year. Graduates enter into the armed forces, maritime industry and other sectors of the transportation field. The campus encompasses some 40 buildings across some 100 acres.

The USMMA Admissions Department comprises some 10 personnel. The USMMA requires multi-faceted lead generating searches that successfully identify students in various categories critical to the USMMA recruiting priorities.

SCOPE

To provide professional services for Lead Generation Services for the Admissions Department at the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

All work to be accomplished in accordance with the letter of engagement established between the Lead Generation Service and the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy. In addition, the Lead Generation Service will provide the Academy with a PDF or electronic version of all leads for follow up purposes.

The service to perform should provide multi-faceted lead generating searches that successfully identify high school students in various categories critical to the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy’s recruiting priorities. Searches that includes standardized test results, academic preferences, and specific searches permitting a focus on under-represented demographics, ethnicity, race and gender to help with the Academy’s goal to increase diversity.

You will perform such searches to obtain reasonable assurance about whether individuals meet the requirements referred to above have occurred.
