DTMA9117Q00012

The FBO posting states: …Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies). Provide an estimated period of performance to complete each project.

1. Is there any expected travel for this position? If so, is there a historical (or a plug number) that offerors can use for our final calculations?

No expected travel

2. Please confirm the contractor is responsible for furnishing all required supplies for this position. If there is GFE, what would the Government be supplying (e.g., office space, workstation, etc.)?

No required supplies/equipment/furnishings

3. According to the SOW, the period of performance is for 6 months but the FBO record asks that the contractor “provide an estimated period of performance to complete each project.” Please confirm that the period of performance is for 6 months. Further, please confirm what is meant by “an estimated period of performance to complete each project.”

Project completion depends on when the vendor publishes/provides leads for the recruitment cycle.

4. The government says the period of performance is for six months from the start date with an option to extend. Is there a specified time limit for the extension option?

12. Are there any targeting parameters you can share on the idea leads?

(scholar athlete leaders, etc...)

. We are targeting students that have indicated an interest in military service and engineering curriculums.

13. Is the intent for the vendor to conduct the lead searches of the Government's qualified databases of college-seeking high school students OR is the intent for the vendor to conduct lead searches of industry platforms and provide the leads to USMMA?

The intent is for the vendor to provide leads based on the vendor's mechanism.

14. Are there historic volume or spend levels associated with this work to assist vendors in determining workload?

The going rate for a lead is about 37 cents. Typically there is about a $100 charge each time the vendor provides a new set of leads. Additional service provided would increase the cost per lead. The number of leads will be dependent on the cost per lead, which the vendor should establish.
