REVISIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION B – SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COST

Page B-1. Adds the word minimum to B.3.

B.3. Minimum Rate Paid to Employee: The SCA Hourly rate plus the wage premium is the minimum hourly rate that should be paid to the employee and is subject to Government inspection for contract compliance.

Page B-1. Adds additional clarification sentence.

B.5. Contractor Mark-Up: This is the contractor’s category. For example: profit and overhead costs. That Contractor’s Mark-Up shall be a fixed and non-adjustable cost for the base and all option years. If the contractor wants to pay more than the “minimum rate paid to employee”, this additional amount would be included here.

Page B-1. Adds the word minimum to B.6.

B.6. Total Hourly Rate: This is the rate that the contractor will bill the agency at for hours ordered. It equals the Minimum Rate Raid to Employee + H & W Rate + Contractor Mark-Up.

Page B-2 to B-4. Adds the word minimum to the following paragraph and Rate Paid to Employee column in the Bid Schedules.

Insert Contractor Mark-Up and Total Hourly Rate for the Base and Option Years. *Should any mathematical check made by the Government show a mistake in the Total Hourly Rate, the Amount Bid for the position will recalculated by adding up the Minimum Rate Paid to Employee + H & W Rate + Contractor Mark-Up.
