SITE VISIT NOTES FOR

CA FLAP SR 36(13), State Route 36

1) It was noted there was construction by the power company along the route. The latest schedule from PG&E shows all work to completed by mid-

June 2017, except for the permanent pole and line located approximately Station 1938+00 to 1945+00. This permanent work would occur after the successful bidder completes the earthwork in this area. AT&T will relocate that line after PG&E completes their work. The best estimate given to us at this time is that they would be completed by early July. The utility relocation work is outside the control of the Government, so there is no warrantee of accuracy or reliability implied.

2) The mitigation and monitoring plan is available electronically by emailing cflcontracts@dot.gov. The work is currently in design but will not be in the current contract. It will be added at a later date or awarded under a separate contract.

3) The FONSI and EA summarize the biological opinion. The documents can be downloaded from https://flh.fhwa.dot.gov/projects/ca/sr36/ mailto:cflcontracts@dot.gov https://flh.fhwa.dot.gov/projects/ca/sr36/
