DJM-17-A37-Q-0171 – AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (RFI/SSN)
RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED IN REFERENCE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT:
QUESTION #1: Is there an option to induct the aircraft in early March (based on hangar availability)?
RESPONSE: Unfortunately, induction of this aircraft into maintenance any earlier than what is identified in this RFI/SSN is not possible.
QUESTION #2: Will the Government by supplying the kits for the SBs or ADs?
RESPONSE: No, the Contractor will be required to supply any and all kits associated with the ADs and SBs as applicable.
QUESTION #3: When will pricing for the package be required?
RESPONSE: Contractors will be asked to submit their pricing (along with other information) when the Request for Quote is issued.
Capabilities packages, information and/or any feedback shall be submitted (via e-mail) to the POC listed below not later than 12:00 pm (noon) ET, February 14, 2017. Any questions concerning this announcement shall be in writing (e-mail) to the POC listed below. No telephone calls will be accepted.
