About this file
Summary of DataRecognition (DRC) Sole Source Intent Document
This is a Sole Source Intent document prepared for the State of South Carolina regarding DataRecognition Corporation (DRC). The document outlines South Carolina's intent to procure services or products from DRC on a sole source basis, indicating that DRC has been identified as the only vendor capable of meeting the state's specific requirements. The procurement relates to data recognition capabilities, though the document does not specify detailed quantities, project timelines, response dates, or contract term lengths. No information regarding bidder conferences, site visits, or award dates is provided in the available documentation.
The document does not contain specific pricing information, set-asides, funding sources, or amounts in the sections reviewed. The sole source justification suggests that DRC holds unique qualifications or capabilities that make competition impractical or impossible. This procurement approach indicates that South Carolina has determined DRC is the incumbent or only suitable provider for the required data recognition services or technology. Additional documentation, such as a detailed Scope of Work or technical specifications, would typically accompany this intent notice to provide complete procurement details and justification for the sole source selection.
